BOAM is also looking for missionaries to serve on foreign fields under the philosophy that we go to the foreign fields to primarily train nationals in our ministry. We also need people to work in various skilled areas such as translation, maintenance, follow-up, contacting foundations, secretarial and administrative tasks and, of course above all, men that are called to evangelism, especially to the open-air. Ladies are very important to the work in India and all of the countries where BOAM works. We do not have women evangelists in the mission, but the women work with the women and children very effectively. Also in certain cultures such as India it is not proper for men to deal with women in personal work. Therefore it is essential to have women on the staff who can deal with the great harvest of women that we see in the open-air. Because BOAM is committed to the great commission we are also a mission looking forward to expanding the outreach of the mission into different countries. At present BOAM works in the United States, India, Philippines, and Myanmar. We are planning to expand the work into other nations soon.
